Punjab hukumat ne zameen ki khareed o farokht aur mutation system ko zyada shaffaf aur mehfooz banane ke liye naye sakht qawaneen nafiz kar diye hain. In reforms ka bunyadi maqsad fraud, fake mutation, qabza mafia aur ghair qanooni transactions ka khatma karna hai.
Yeh nizaam Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) aur Board of Revenue ke zariye nafiz kiya gaya hai. Jismein digital verification aur registered documents ko lazmi qarar diya gaya hai.

Ab Punjab mein zameen ki koi bhi khareed o farokht zabani muahiday ya sirf stamp paper par qabool nahi ki jaye gi.
In tamam transactions ke liye registered registry lazmi hogi. Sirf wirasti (inheritance) cases mein, qanooni saboot aur dastavezat ki bunyaad par mutation ki ijazat di jaye gi. Is qadam se fake ownership claims aur land disputes mein wazeh kami aaye gi.

Ab har land transaction mein:

Portal Verification:
Kisi ko paise dene se pehle punjab-zameen.gov.pk par ja kar zameen ka record khud check karein.
Stamp Paper Sales Se Parhez:
Ab purane tareeqe se stamp paper par zameen khareedna aap ki investment ko khatre mein daal sakta hai, kyunke system ise mutation ke liye accept nahi karta.
Biometric Security:
Hamesha apna angootha sirf sarkari authorized machine par lagayein aur challan ya fee khud jama karwayein.

Punjab mein land transactions ke liye naya fee structure bhi nafiz kar diya gaya hai:
Standard Service:
Normal processing ke liye Rs. 800 fee rakhi gayi hai.
Express Service:
Fast processing ke liye Rs. 3,500 se Rs. 9,700 tak charges ho sakte hain.
Filer (Taxpayer):
Filer afraad ko registration aur capital gain tax mein numaya riayat di ja rahi hai, jo legal aur documented buyers ke liye ek badi sahulat hai.
Non-Filer:
Non-filers ke liye taxes ki sharah kaafi zyada rakhi gayi hai taake log tax net ka hissa banne ki taraf aayein.
Har district mein Deputy Commissioner ki sarbarahi mein Dispute Resolution Committees banai gayi hain jo:
ko 90 din ke andar hal karne ki paband hongi.
Punjab hukumat ke yeh naye qawaneen zameen ke nizaam ko zyada secure, transparent aur digital bana rahe hain. Agar buyers aur sellers in qawaneen par amal karein to land fraud, delays aur legal masail se asani se bacha ja sakta hai.
Zameen ki khareed o farokht se pehle proper verification, registered registry aur biometric process ko lazmi tor par follow karein.
