“Service” – the provision of the Website as a property portal or any other service provided by Faisalabad Realtor’s

“User”– any party who uses any service provided by Faisalabad Realtor’s, including the use of Website. For the avoidance of doubt, User includes all advertisers and all parties who enter into any agreement with Faisalabad Realtor’s

  USER TERMS FOR REGISTRATION

In registering for this Website, the User must provide true, accurate, current and complete Information which the User must update after any changes (except age) before using the Website for further services in the future.

The User hereby warrants to Faisalabad Realtor’s that it is at least eighteen years of age and legally able to enter into contracts.

Faisalabad Realtor’s reserves the discretion to withdraw any Material from the Website without prior notice and to refuse any Material posted by a User.

The User’s Registration Details and data relating to its use of the Website will be recorded by Faisalabad Realtor’s but this information shall not be disclosed to third parties.

WHO MAY PROCESS DATA:

SERVICE CHARGES:

• Service Charges will be apply according to terms mentioned below:
• Faisalabad Realtor’s charge 2% commission on both the owner and the buyer on the sale deal.
• Faisalabad Realtor’s charge 1,1 month’s rent as commission from both the landlord and the tenant on the rental deal.
• Service charges will vary from development to different deals, depending on their size, the amount of properties there and what essential facilities are provided. 
• Service charges are either ‘variable’ and ‘fixed’ and this is specified in individual agreements and leases.
